This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business; issue at July 4, 2006. 2. People’s Republic of 3. The INSTRIMPEX International Tendering Company, (CNIITC, Procurement agent) for and on behalf of Chongqing Solid Waste Treatment Company (the purchaser), Now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Waste Collection Vehicles and Equipment as follows:
4. Notice: In Package 4 each set of lifting unit and back feeding compressor [04-1] must be equipped with one set of hydraulic electronic control system. The control system will be used in two garbage collection points. One control system is composed of one separate set of hydraulic control unit. Another one is composed of four separate hydraulic electronic control unit. 5. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the World Bank Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Goods, January 1995, revised March 2000, January 2001, March 2002, and March 2003.
